Who We Are

The amalgamation of four local Uniting Churches enabled the refurbishment of the current complex which was opened in February 1998. This now provides modern areas for worship and other church activities as well as being available for community use during the week.

Our aim is always to be a growing and missional church. This is reflected in our Vision and Mission Statement. We believe we are achieving this goal as an open and welcoming congregation.

We want to be relevant to the needs of people in the 21st century. This is why we have three different services to suit a variety of needs.

The congregational meeting of our church elects a Council of Mission which itself works through the following teams: Children & Youth Ministry, Outreach, Pastoral Care, Worship & Spiritual Growth, Finance & Property.

Our Vision

To be the people of God empowered by the Holy Spirit reflecting the love and life of Christ in a worshipping fellowship that accepts and cares for all people.

Our Mission Statement

Our mission, in the name of Jesus is:
- to seek out, welcome and nurture new comers in the faith
- to encourage ways of worship that are relevant
- to provide meaningful community service
- to care for the needs, hurts and hops of all people, especially you families, the lonely, the elderly and the disabled.

We would like to acknowledge this land that we meet on as a Church is the traditional lands for Kaurna people and that we respect their spiritual relationship with the country. We also acknowledge the Kaurna people as the custodians of the Adelaide region and that their cultural and heritage beliefs are still as important to the living Kaurna people today.
